Based on the excellent composition ratio of C, Cr, Mo and V as well as industry-leading metallurgical technology, D600material has excellent performance in both hot and coldworklts hardness range for workingis 50-58HRC.
D700 is a thermal-wear resistant Cr-Mo-V seies hot work tool steel, especially suitable for hot forging and hot stamping dies with medium tool life. The wear resistance and strength of the material are improve by adding more C and Cr. Its working hardness range is 50-54HRC.
High nitrogen martensitic stainless steel D800
D800 is a high nitrogen martensitic stainless steel. Nitrogen is added to increase the hardness and corrosion resistance. It is especially suitable for working environments with dual requirements for corrosion resistance and wear resistance.
Free-cutting stainless steel D850
D850 is a corrosion-resistant plastic tool steel with excellent machinability and dimensional stability. It is of good dimensional stability under different temperature.Through the unique design of chemical compositions and advanced smelting process, the retained austenite of D850 in the pre-hardened state is almost zero. And through the effective addition of S element, the material obtains excellent machinability. The hardness of D850 at delivery condition is 290-330HB.
D900 is a high thermal conductivity tool steel. Thanks to optimized design for alloy composition and excellent metallurgical technology, D900 achieves extremely high thermal conductivity, good hardness and excellent toughness. D900 is especially suitable for making hot stamping mold and reinforced plastic injection mold.
D950 is of extremely high thermal conductivity and is manufactured through advanced smelting technology. It is of homogeneous microstructure, high purity and excellent mechanical properties. Through unique design of chemical compositions, D950 is of exceptional thermal conductivity,high toughness and appropriate hardness.The working hardness of D950 is 44-52HRC.
Pre-hardened quick cool steel D985
D985 is a pre-hardened high thermal conductivity tool steel. Relying on the excellent alloy composition design and advanced smelting technology, D985 is of very high thermal conductivity, excellent polishing ability and outstanding toughness. The hardness of D985 is 40-44HRC.
Matrix high speed steel D-WEAR
D-WEAR is a matrix high speed steel with high hardness, good impact toughness, and extremely strong resistance to thermal wear. The effective addition of C, Cr, Mo and V elements greatly improves the strength and hardness of D-WEAR. Meanwhile, the generation of coarse carbides is prevented through advanced smelting technology, therefore, it ensures the good toughness of the material. The working hardness of D-WEAR is 54-62HRC.
420MOD is a high nitrogen martensitic stainless steel that combines the hardness of 440C with the corrosion resistance of 630 stainless steel,while also having much better toughness than conventional martensitic stainless steel. The heat treatment hardness of this material can reach 59HRC.
